05 — Optional add-on

Dental Warranty
— if you want it.

An optional paid add-on you can attach to qualifying restorations and cosmetic work. It covers re-treatment if a covered restoration fails within a defined window — including at other dentists if you move. It’s a mention, not a headline. Most patients don’t carry it; some do. We’ll explain it at your treatment-planning visit, and we never bundle it without asking.
