Accessibility Statement.
01Our commitment
Smiles by Goh strives to ensure that our services are accessible to people with disabilities, including patients, prospective patients, family members, and members of the general public. We are committed to making reasonable accommodations and to continually improving the accessibility of our office and our website.
02Website
This website was designed with reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Specifically, we have:
- Used semantic HTML so screen readers can announce structure correctly.
- Provided text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative SVGs marked
aria-hidden. - Maintained colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- Built every interactive control to be reachable, operable, and visible with a keyboard alone — including a “Skip to content” link.
- Respected the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting; if your OS asks for less motion, our marquee and transitions stop. - Sized type so it scales up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Accessibility is iterative. If you find something that doesn't work for you, we want to hear — see Feedback below.
03Office
- Ground-floor entry from the parking lot. Two ADA-designated stalls steps from the front door.
- 32-inch-wide doorways throughout. No interior steps.
- One ADA-compliant restroom with grab bars.
- Two operatories chosen for ease of transfer from a wheelchair.
- Patient paperwork available in large-print on request.
- Sign-language interpretation can be arranged with 72 hours' notice at no cost.
